SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship the same business day Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the next business day. All 2 or more items orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within 2-3 business days. One item orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package service. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided at the time of placing the order.

Orders will be sent to the address entered at the time of purchase. If you have made a mistake in typing the address, we are not responsible for the loss of the product.

RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Our products are sold and intended to be used for water purification only and the choice of using this product in other applications is the sole responsibility of the user. This product is not marketed for internal use. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
